Album : Ubud Sacred Monkey Forest
Ubud Sacred Monkey Forest is a natural reserve located in Central Bali. Hundreds of Crab-eating Macaques (Macaca fascicularis) monkeys live freely here. Within the forest you can see an old Balinese temple and traditional kiosks selling Balinese carvings and statues, as well as Balinese batik clothes and other souvenirs.
Very interesting to do : bring some fruits if you intend to visit the Sacred Monkey Forest - you can approach the monkeys by giving them fruits and then observe them or take them in pictures, but pay attention, sometimes they can be naughty if they want more!
