Album : Sanur and Tanjung Benoa
Sanur is a seaside town in Bali, about half an hour driving from Kuta. All along Sanur's beaches called the Tanjung Benoa line stand some of the world's finest, most luxurious hotels such as Bali Hyatt, the Medina and the Gran Melia Hotel Bali.
Today Sanur is so popular for its water sports attraction such as parasailing, jetski, surfing, body board, canoe, banana boat, diving, etc, as well as for its natural visits - off the shore there lies the so-called Turtle Island, where a population of world's largest sea-turtles live peacefully in natural ponds connected to big mangrove forests. Apart from the turtles, we can also see some other Balinese rare animal species such as the Balinese Silver Hawk as well as Balinese iguana and a family of lizards, second-degree cousins of the giant Komodo dragons.
